Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to have the data SirketGönderi holds deleted, including data obtained from Facebook and Instagram.
What data do we hold?
When you connect Facebook and Instagram, this is what we obtain from Meta and store:
- Your Page ID and name, and the ID and username of the connected Instagram Business account
- The Page access token — stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM
- If you use the Inbox: the text of comments and messages sent to your Page, the sender’s display name and Meta ID
- The Meta IDs of posts you published and their metrics (reach, likes, comment counts and similar)
We never request or store your Facebook profile itself — not your name, email, friend list or date of birth.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
- Log in and open Settings → Meta Connections.
- Press “Disconnect” next to the Page. The connection is deactivated immediately and nothing is published.
- There is a 24-hour undo window in case you pressed it by accident; the access token stays encrypted during that window and is deleted afterwards.
Option 2 — Through Facebook
Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove SirketGönderi and choose the delete-my-data option. Facebook forwards the request to us automatically and returns a confirmation code and a link to this page.
Option 3 — Write to us
Send your deletion request to info@dijitalvarlikyonetim.com. Include your account email, the Page you want removed, and your confirmation code if you have one.
How long does it take?
- Publishing and data collection stop the moment you disconnect.
- The access token is deleted after the 24-hour undo window.
- If you ask for your whole account to be deleted, all your personal data is removed within 30 days; that period exists as a grace window in case you change your mind.
- Records we are legally required to keep (invoices and payment records) are outside this scope.
